Something About Me
I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and received my Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. I am passionate about providing well-informed grief and mental health support to people of all ages. Using an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches drawing on elements of CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapies, I provide a client-centred and collaborative therapeutic space. In addition I have attended specialized training in narrative therapy, grief therapy, and suicide bereavement.
